INSTRUCTIONS (Make sure to read through the inflation of!):
Before inflation of the balloon and the tip firmly spread in all directions. Inflate to the proper size so that the balloon did not have "wrinkles" on the seam. After the end of the inflated balloon, it should be several times 'twist', and then tie a knot tight (may be bound to two times for better sealing or welding to the use of balloons).
